What Your Package Will Look LikeBelow you can see exactly what your package will look like. As you can see, there are no identifying marks on the package, simply your address, our return address and Royal Mail delivery stickers.
Same Day DispatchOrders placed before 4:00PM GMT (Monday-Friday) are despatched from our warehouse the same day, subject to stock availability and any security checks. Orders placed after 4:00PM GMT during the week or at weekends are processed and despatched the following working day. NOTE: Orders placed after 4pm choosing Royal Mail Delivery options will be despatched the following working day. Orders placed after 3pm choosing UPS delivery option will be despatched the following working day. All orders placed on a Friday after the above times and over the weekend will not be despatched until Monday. Useful Information About Your Delivery Service1st Class 1-3 Standard Royal Mail Service and Standard Free Post 2nd Class 2-5 day Service: There are no tracking facilities for these services, therefore customer services aren't able to help with any delivery queries until 20 working days have passed since the date of the despatch email. Royal Mail state in their terms and conditions that although they aim to deliver goods within the estimated time, delays occasionally occur. If the ordered item was too large to fit through the letterbox, we advise you contact your local sorting office in-case they are holding the parcel there. In many cases they do not leave a card as it is not a recorded service. In this instance, they hold the parcel for collection and if not claimed within 14 days send the parcel back to us as non-delivered. Royal Mail do not declare anything as undelivered, lost or stolen until after 20 working days have passed. If you haven't received your parcel after this time, please contact customer services who will arrange a replacement parcel or a refund. Please do not contact customer services regarding your missing order before this time as there is nothing they can do until after the 20 working days have passed. Recorded Delivery 1-3 Day Royal Mail Service: You will find the tracking number on your despatch note email. Most orders are delivered within 1-3 days between 8am and 2pm though very occasionally it can take longer. If you haven't had delivery after 3 days we advise you track your parcel by using the tracking link on your despatch note incase there has been an attempted delivery. You are able to rearrange delivery online by clicking on the link on your despatch note or by calling Royal Mail Customer Services Line on 08457 740740 with the tracking number. You can also collect your parcel from your local sorting office if that is more suitable. If there is no information online, we advise you to continue to check this on a daily basis for the following 7 days. If you haven't had delivery or received a card after 10 working days, we advise you to contact your local sorting office who may be holding your parcel. If the parcel isn't collected within 14 days, it will be returned to us. If the sorting office cannot help you and you still haven't had delivery after 15 working days, please contact Barbara Kelly Customer Services whom claim compensation from Royal Mail and will send out a replacement parcel or refund the transaction. Please do not contact customer services regarding your missing order before this time as there is nothing they can do until after the 15 working days have passed. Special Next Day Delivery Royal Mail: Orders will be delivered the next day for orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed on the weekend are not despatched until Monday so delivery would be Tuesday. Deliveries are made Mondays to Saturdays between 8am and 1pm although very occasionally they can be running later up until 2pm. If you haven?t had delivery after 3 days we advise you to track your parcel by using the tracking link on your despatch note in-case there has been an attempted delivery. You are able to re-arrange delivery online by clicking on the link on your despatch note or by calling royal mail customer services line 08457 740740 with the tracking number or you can collect from your local sorting office if more suitable. If you haven?t had delivery or received a card after 2 days, we advise you to contact the local sorting office who maybe holding your parcel. If the parcel isn?t collected within 14 days it will be returned to us. If the sorting office cannot help you and you still haven?t had delivery after 3 days please contact customer services whom claim compensation from Royal Mail and will send out a replacement parcel or refund the transaction. International Signed For Delivery Royal Mail: This is an International Delivery Service which needs a signature upon delivery. You will find the tracking number on your despatch note email. This will tell you when the parcel has left the country and has been passed to the relevant country for delivery. Once the parcel has left the UK, delivery timescales can vary dependant upon the postal service used in the destination country. This service can only give an approximate delivery timescale. They aim to deliver to Western Europe within 3-5 working days. Eastern Europe takes up to 5-7 days and USA, Australia and other countries are 7-10 days. If you haven't received a delivery after 10 days, we advise you track your parcel by using the tracking link on your despatch note incase there has already been an attempted delivery. You are able to rearrange delivery online by clicking on the link on your despatch note or by calling Royal Mail Customer Services Line on 08457 740740 with the tracking number or you can collect from your local sorting office if more suitable. If there is no information online and you haven't had delivery or received a card after 14 days, we advise you to contact the local sorting office who may be holding your parcel as they are not able to leave the parcel without a signature. If the parcel isn't collected within 21 days, it will be returned to us. If the sorting office cannot help you and you still haven't had delivery after 30 days of the despatch email, please contact customer services whom claim compensation from Royal Mail and will send out a replacement parcel or refund the transaction. Please do not contact customer services regarding your missing order before this time as there is nothing they can do until after the 30 days has passed. UPS Next Working Day: This is a Courier Delivery Next Day Service delivering Mondays to Fridays anytime between 7.30am and 6.30pm, occasionally during holiday busy periods. This is a weekday delivery service only. Orders placed on Friday before 1pm choosing this service will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 1pm Fridays and weekends will not be despatched until Monday so the parcel will be delivered on Tuesday. This service provides a constant tracking facility from the time it leaves the warehouse , you can monitor the delivery progress online by clicking the tracking link on your despatch note email. UPS deliveries will leave a calling card on an attempted delivery. After this they will attempt delivery a further 2 times but after this time the goods are returned to their depot for collection. If no collection is made within 24 hours, the parcel is then shipped back to us with a charge that we will pass onto you. We suggest if you aren?t available for delivery to please contact them using your tracking link online or by calling the UPS customer queries line: 08457 877 877 and rearranging a suitable day for delivery. This is an automated service so please choose option 3 and state clearly CUSTOMER SERVICES where the automated line then transfers you to an operator to speak too. In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged or is lost, contact our Customer Services Department so we can arrange a replacement parcel or a refund. UPS International: This is an International Courier Delivery Service. Delivery timescale depends upon the destination but this is a weekday delivery service only.
