Ordering Sex Toys

It’s easy to find what you want as all sex toys are easily accessible.

The main left hand menu allows you to drill down through the main sex toy categories. For example, clicking on “Vibrators” will yield a sub-menu listing of vibrator categories. Clicking on a sex toy category will then display all items in that category. Additionally, sex toy category icons will be displayed in the centre of the page.

Also, don’t overlook the site’s search facility, which allows you to search by keyword or, if you already know the sex toy you want to buy, by item code.

You can also select sex toys using our Top Ten sellers list which shows our best selling sex toys.

Within each category the sex toys are listed in price order, defaulting with the highest price first. The display order can be changed by selecting your preferred display method from the “Sort by” drop down box.

Buying your sex toys is really easy! Find the sex toy(s) you want and click on the “Add To Basket” button. This places the sex toy in your shopping basket. You must be logged in to do this, but don’t worry if you’re not logged in - you will be asked to enter your username and password and the sex toy will then be added to your shopping basket automatically.

You can see what's in your shopping basket at any time by clicking the “View Basket” button near the middle of your screen towards the top. Your running total and the number of sex toys in your basket will be displayed next to this button.

When you have finished shopping, click the “Checkout” button to finalise your transaction. If you want to change quantities or delete items, simply enter the new quantity in the field, and click the “Update” button, or the “Remove” button to the left of the item.

The payment process is equally easy. You should be able to complete everything needed in about two minutes.

You will be asked for your payment details, so simply enter them into the form. We record your profile information (NOT credit card details) once and then you never need enter it again! Whenever you come back to the website and log in we will know who you are. There are many benefits to register as a user even if you are not ready to order your sex toys. You will be able to leave reviews, rate sex toys, change your preferences, receive special offers and check your order history.

 

All sex toys are usually available from stock. If you have not received your sex toy order within 3 weeks, you may contact our Customer Services Department on 0871 716 7163 who will advise you of the anticipated delivery date. Barbara Kelly reserves the right to satisfy your order within 30 working days from receipt of your order.

We regret that sex toy goods cannot be supplied on a trial basis. Please check specification, suitability and compatibility before ordering. Online pictures/graphics are provided for illustration purposes only unless otherwise stated. Alternative sex toy products may be supplied if a product is discontinued or out of stock.
