Here at the Barbara Kelly Adult Sex Toy Shop we take every possible measure to ensure that we deliver the best quality products to you, and that our product descriptions and photography are such that you are as delighted when you receive your order as you were when you bought it on our site. However, in the event that goods have to be returned this site trades in accordance with recent EU directives for online trading. Please carefully read the information below for further information on Barbara Kelly's returns procedures & polices.
For your own protection, all items must be returned via recorded delivery
You should be aware that once we have begun the delivery process your right to return goods does not include our charges to you for postage and packaging. Once we have received the item(s) back (providing they are in the condition as dispatched to you) we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
If you are returning an item because of an error by us or because your product is faulty, we are more than happy to refund the cost or replace the item
Specially ordered non-stock items may incur a surcharge if the order is cancelled.
Regretfully, for reasons of hygiene, we are unable to accept returns of any items which have been used or worn. For this reason the Barbara Kelly Adult Sex Toy Shop advises that all returns must be UNUSED and in their original condition and packaging.
Under the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations, UK customers have the right to cancel the contract to purchase an item within seven working days of its delivery. This applies to all our products with the EXCEPTION of contracts for the purchase of magazines, videos, DVDs, audio and video games and other software products where the item has been unsealed.
To cancel the purchase contract (as per the conditions above) you will need to notify us in writing stating the reason for return as "Contract Cancellation". Please carefully package the relevant item securely and return it to us so that we receive it within seven working days of the date that the item was delivered to you.

For your protection we strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If there is an error or a faulty item, it must be reported and returned within two weeks from the date of purchase to agree a refund on the item and postage. If its reported after the two week period, we will only refund the item cost and not the postage.
All packages returned as unclaimed via the Royal Mail will be subject to reshipping charges at standard Royal Mail Recorded Delivery rates for the weight of the order.
You should be aware that once we have begun the delivery process your right to "Contract Cancellation" does not include our charges to you for postage and packaging. Once we have received the item(s) back (providing they are in the condition as dispatched to you), we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
We are happy to exchange returned items that concur with then terms above, but are unable to provide refunds once an order has been placed other than in accordance with the terms above.
Notice is given that free offers will be accounted for if returned goods take the value below the free offer level. The value of free offer goods will be deducted from any refund which may be due. To avoid deductions all free items should be returned with your original order.
All items purchased in our 365 Sale Clearance section cannot be exchanged or refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You may see throughout our site, some items stating 7-10 day delivery. This means that due to popular demand, the item may be low or out of stock. Because we are on-line, items are selling all the time. Our suppliers are generally very good in getting stock to us within 10 day's, however, subject to stock availability this could take as long as 28 days. We will always endeavour to get the item to you as soon as we possibly can, or offer you an alternative solution.
By giving your mobile, when ordering online, over the phone or by post, you may receive future promotions and services from us, or one of our carefully selected companies.
